135 degree silicone hose - polyester reinforced
135 degree elbow silicone hose, reinforced by polyester, is very effective for carrying air, water, coolant, or sprayed by small amount of oil mist. It is often be found in vehicle cooling systems like cold sides of intercooler air hoses and general industrial applications within the temperature of -50 °F to +170 °F.

Nomex is a flame-resistant, high thermal and chemical resistant fiber. At extraordinarily high temperatures, it still maintains its properties without excessive softeness. It is especially suitable for turbo boost hoses, hot side intercooler hoses and EGR connectors.

135 degree silicone hose - Fluoro lined
Fluoro lined silicone hoses not only withstand extreme temperatures, generally from –55 °C to +170 °C, but also are quite compatible with hydrocarbon liquids, such as petrol, diesel and other oils. It is often used in turbocharger and intercooler hoses which meet Euro 3 and 4 emission levels.
In addition, Fluoro of high concentration at 80/20 is used and the liner of Fluoro is 1mm in thickness. Some manufacturers dilute the material just for lowering cost and making the liner thinner. This will not reach the expected effects and the hose will be corroded quickly.

- Working temperature: –55 °C to 250 °C.
- Fluoro lined for contacting with oils.
- Polyester fiber reinforced 3 to 4 plies.
- Especially used in turbocharger and intercooler hoses.
- Low permeation.
- Colors: black, red, blue.
Remark: Fluoro lined silicone hoses are available for contacting with oils or oil mists.
