Straight Silicone Hose, Polyester, Nomex or Fluoro
Owing to high quality raw materials and fabrics, our straight silicone hoses with small diameters enjoy excellent flexibility and can make various bend radiuses. Diameters& from 6 mm& to 19 mm are frequently used for water connecting, breathers, heater matrix, etc. Bigger diameters are allowed to cut to any lengths. They are ideal for coolant, intercooler, air intake, etc.
For different reinforcements, straight silicone hoses are grouped into& three types: polyester reinforced, Nomex reinforced for high temperature and Fluoro lined for carrying fuel and oils.
Polyester reinforced - Straight silicone hose
Straight silicone hose reinforced by polyester fabrics is very effective for general applications, including home, automobile and industry. It is widely used for carrying water, air, coolant, steam, etc.

Nomex reinforced (High Temp) - Straight silicone hose
Designed for high temperature and high pressure applications, owing to its good performances against heat, chemicals and radiation, Nomex reinforced straight silicone hose is ideal for turbo application.
Features:
- Working temperature: –50 °C to +250 °C .
- Nomex reinforced 3 - 5 plies.
- UV and ozone resistant.
- Silicone hose creates a barrier to isolate media.
- Color: black.
Remark: Nomex reinforced silicone hose is& not suitable for fuel & oils.

Fluoro lined Straight silicone hose
Fluoro lined silicone not only has the advantages of & low thermal conductivity, low chemical reactivity and hermal stability, but also low hydrocarbon permeation. It is a good material for contacting with oils. It is often found in turbocharger and intercooler hoses which meet Euro 3 and 4 emission levels.
Features:
- Working temperature: –55 °C to 250 °C.
- Fluoro lined for contacting with oils.
- Polyester fiber reinforced 3 to 4 plies.
- Especially used in turbocharger and intercooler hoses.
- Low permeation.
- Colors: black, red, blue.
Remark: Fluoro lined silicone hoses are available for contacting with oils or oil mists.
